Qriosity is a place where people find videos, pictures and news on the hottest topics.

What are "search leaders" and "search movers"?

"Search leaders" include topics that are most searched for that day.

"Search movers" include topics with the greatest percentage increase in searches.

What are "popular on qriosity"?

"Popular on Qriosity" include topics that Qriosity users find interesting. These are the most searched topics on our site.

How do we do it?

Everything on Qriosity is put together from many sources using several different APIs.

We get the most popular topics from data provided by search engines. They study and analyze search queries, providing the list of the most searched phrases for a specific time period.

Then we get videos, pictures and news on the most popular topics from sources like youtube, flickr and yahoo.

How often do we update?

The site is still in beta. We try to update daily during week days.
